Dr. Nadnapang Phophichit serves as Director of the 6-Month Certificate in Mindfulness Master (International Program) at the International Buddhist Studies College (IBSC), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU). Under her academic leadership, the program is designed to integrate rigorous mindfulness education with experiential learning in an international and interdisciplinary context. The program is delivered in a hybrid format, integrating both online and onsite learning to accommodate international students and diverse learning needs.

 A study and concept of principles, models, approaches, and methods for cultivating mindfulness in Buddhism and modern science. Concepts and practices to control the body, speech, and mind. Self-development taught by various schools that are consistent with the Buddhadhamma in order to have both inner and outer peace. Intelligence in controlling one’s emotions and behavior, including that of others. Being mindful of emotions, states, and solutions to changes and situations of psychological problems that can be applied in daily life and coexist peacefully in organizations, communities, and societies.
